Booking and Travel Terms
When purchasing any Package on our Site, these Booking and Travel Terms set forth a legally binding terms for your travel. These Booking and Travel Terms are fully incorporated into our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms in this policy have the same meaning given to them in our Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined in these Booking and Travel Terms. If you do not agree with all of the provisions set forth in this document, do not purchase any Package or otherwise use the Services.
Payment
Down Payment.
You may be required to make a downpayment in order to confirm your domestic flights within Indonesia and/or (b) to hold a room reservation at certain (not all) lodgings. Bali Adventure Travel LLC will communicate the amount of the down payment, if any, prior to booking a Package. A downpayment will be credited to your final payment for your package.
Final Balance.
The due date for the final balance will be determined and communicated to you upon your purchase of a Package (but in no case will the due date be less than 30 days prior to your departure date from North America). Failure to make this payment in a timely manner may result in your Package being canceled. Bali Adventure Travel LLC is not liable for any expenses or fees incurred as a result of cancelling your Package.
Cancellation.
Should you decide to cancel your package, you must email [email protected] with a written request for cancellation prior to the due date of the final balance.
Complete Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all such information provided upon purchasing a Package is complete and accurate. We recommend you verify the accuracy of all booking information before making a purchase on our Site. Please ensure that you have given us an updated version of your contact email address and phone number, possibly your cell, and that you regularly check for messages before you leave.
Third-Party Providers
Our Packages will include access to services provided by third parties such as hotels and resorts, transportation, and excursions (“Third-Party Providers”). These Third-Party Providers are independently owned and operated, and their actions are beyond our control. Each Third-Party Provider has its own terms and conditions that are applicable to your Package. You agree not to hold Bali Adventure Travel LLC or our affiliates liable for any changes or amendments made to your Package, breach of contract or any domestic or international act or omission of any such Third-Party Provider, or for any event beyond our control.
No Airfare Included
While we provide options to exceptional Packages, airfare from North America to Bali is not included in our Packages. It is your responsibility to separately purchase airfare and check with the airline that any flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We have no control over any airline schedule changes or delays and we will not accept liability for costs which may arise as a result of cancellations, delays, changes or amendments.
Documentation
While we make efforts to inform you of the documentation needed for your trip, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary documentation ready prior to your departure and that such documentation matches the legal name on your passport or photo I.D. Without a valid passport, you may be denied entry into the country. You can find out if you need a visa by visiting the embassy website of the country you’ll be traveling to (Indonesia). U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. U.S. passport holders staying in Indonesia for 30 days or less do not require visas. You must have at least two blank pages in your passport.
Travel Insurance
When making travel arrangements, restrictions may apply. Travel carries with it certain risks, and you agree to assume all such risks including, but not limited to, any personal injury or property damage. We are not liable for any injuries, illness or property damage that occur on your trip or for refunds or costs incurred due to delays or cancellation of travel. To ensure you’re protected against any unforeseen misfortune, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance for this trip. Travel insurance can cover you for unpredictable events such as: (i) Interruption or cancellation of trip for any reason; (ii) Loss of baggage or personal items; (iii) Damage to accommodations or rental vehicles; or (iv) Sickness, accident, disability or emergency evacuation due to injury or sickness.
Health & Safety
All guests must ensure that they are medically and physically fit for travel. You assume sole responsibility for your own safety. Bali Adventure Travel LLC does not guarantee your safety at any time. Bali Adventure Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for gathering and/or disseminating any such information.
Changes to Agreement
This Agreement is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any substantial changes, we may notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any significant changes to this Agreement will
be effective 30 days after posting such notice. Continued use of our Site or Services following notice of such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
